Interesting=that none of the computers at any of the PUBLIC library[s] are free or that person can use without having to sign in:
HOWEVER: inside the 5th Street public library is a [FORSYTH TECH] computer lab that as long as person signs in is FREE[?][nothing is free]=person is allowed to get on the internet=cost=Forsyth Tech automatically[without their permission][signing to use computers=same as signing to allow them to use person in experiments[research]=I am not agreeing to participate; not do I want to participate in any type of research bastards;
