Based upon the Dan Rathers Report [8/21/12] "Adopted or Abducted] the authorities and churches organized a system to kidnap/steal children from females=technically is a crime=has anyone heard of anyone getting any type of punishment=?;  Point is that the SOCIAL CUES from the authority and churches was that CRIME [REWARDS] and as a result of SOCIAL REINFFORCEMENTST given by significant others,Deviant behavior is most likely to develop in internal congnitive guides to what is appropriate and will most likely be reinforced [REWARDED] OR [PUNISHED]. Stealing a child=[REWARD]; NOT STEALING child=[PUNISHMENT];

As a documented observer of  system in church/authorites for over 25 years in Winston-Salem, N. C. it can be said=discriminative stimuli-social signals transmittted by subcultural in Winston-Salem, N. C. is that CERTAIN KINDS OF BEHAVIOR [illegal/kidnapping]will be rewarded. The  SIGNALS (verbal or nonverbal) that communicate that certain behaviors  that are encouraged by the SUBGROUP [authority and churches]follow the principle of positive reinforcement:  the individual engaging in
[illegal/kidnapping activities] GAIN social REWARDS from the GROUP[SUBGROUP][authority and churches]. The [authority and churches] SOCIAL CUE[s], neutralize  and/or justifying discriminative stimuli, thereby neautralize the warnings communicated by society at large that contain behaviors are inappropriate or unlawful which according to Akers, they [authority and churches]"make the behavior" which others condemn and which the person himself may initially define as bad, seem all right, justified, execusable, NECESSARY, the lesser of two evils or not really deviant after all (Akers, 1977, p.521)."


Social environment [authority and churches]is the most important factor in the acquistition of most human behavior and offer  the NECESSARY REINFORCEMENT for the maintenance of Deviant behavior
The [authority and churches] do accept [[REWARD]the bad behavior and reinforce, as well as  give
(punishment) for good behaviro  which brings aversive results (punishment) which inhibit or suppress future similar [GOOD] behavior."(p.99)

 is most likely to develop as a result of SOCIAL REINFFORCEMENTST given by significant others, usually within ones peer group.  The group first adopts its own normative definitions about what conduct is good or bad, right or wrong, justified or unjustified.  These normative definitIons become internal congnitive guides to what is appropriate and will most likely be reinforced by the group.   In this sense, normative definitions operate as discriminative stimuli-social signals transmittted by subcultural or peer groups to indicate whether CERTAIN KINDS OF BEHAVIOR will be rewarded or punished within a particular social context=?

Juliam Rotter's theory to criminal behavior applied is that when people engage in unlawful conduct, they expect to GAIN something in the form of status, power, security,affection, material goods, or living condititons. The violent person may elect to behave that way in belief that something will be gained.  Although self-regulation and moral development are involved-people who act unlawfully percieve and interpret the situation and select what they consider to be the MOST EFFECTIVE  BEHAVIOR under the circumstances.  Usually when people act violently, they do so because that approach has beenused successfully in the past() at least they lelieve it has been successful).  Less frequently they have observed someone else gain by employing, a violent approach and they try it for themselves.

"An individual may acquire ways of doing something simply by watching others do it; direct reinforcement is not necessary (modeling).  BEHAVIOR PATTERNS exist in every persons repertoires, even if they never recieved direct reinforcement for acquiring a behavior."

"According to Bandura(1973b) the more significant and respected the model, the greater their impact on our behavior.  In observationalleaning, it is not so much waht the model says as what the dodel does that is effective.(p.100)"

"BEHAVORISTS suggest that since all human behavior is learned it can also be CHANGED using the same principles by which it was  acquired.[African American Church]  Behavior modification techniques were developed and the use of learning priniciples to establish conditions that change or maintain targeted behaviors and voila! the therapeutic success!" The premise that operant conditioning is the basis for the origin of ciminal behavior is deceptively simple: Criminal behavior is LEARNED and STRENGTHEN because of the REINFORCEMENT [REWARDS] it brings.  According to Skinner-human beings are born neutral-neither good nor bad.  Culture, society and the environment shape behavior.  Therefore behavior will be labeled good, bad or indifferent, as society chooses.  What is judged "good" behavior in one society or CULTURE may be labeled as "bad" in another. ".(p.97)

Skinner was convinced that searches for individual dispositions or personalities athat lead to criminal conduct are fruitless, because people are ultimately determined by the environment in which they live; genetics count BUT the DOMINANT PLAYER is OPERANT CONDITIONING.  According to Skinner- for vrime to be eleiminated "we'[?] must change society through behavioral engineering based on scienfific conception of man.  Having agreed on reules and regulations [who agrees?] , having defined what behavior constitutes antisocial or criminal offenses, we[who?] must design a society in which members learn very early that reinforcement[TREWARDS] will not occur if they TRANSGRESS  against these rusles and regulations, but will occur if they abide by them..(p.97)

REINFORCEMENTS[rewards] for behavior are not always OBVIOUS=REIENFORCEMENTS can by physical[health care], social[sex, dating, companionship, just having another person in their life], psychological.(p.97)

The term antisocial personality disorder [ASP] is used by psychiatrists, and many psychologists refer to those offenders who demostrate"failure to CONFORM to SOCIAL NORMS with respect to LAWFUL BEHAVIORS as indicated by repeatedly performing acts athat are grounds for arrest (American Psychiatric Association(APA),1993,p.T-4 ;

"Primary psychopaths are usuually not volcanically explosive, violent or extremely destructive.  They are more apt to be outgoing, charming and verbally proficient.  Thay may be criminals-[in FACT, in general they run in perpetual opposition to the law]-but many are not.p.?

sociopath=a person who is in conflict with the law, appparently, repetively in limited capacity to learn from past experiences ( to be distinguished from a primary spychopath).(p.418)

Primary psychopath-true psychopath-(a person who domonstrates a distinct behavioral pattern different from the general population in its level of sensitivity, empathy, compassion and gulity.)  in contrast to secondary psychopaths-who commit antisocial acts because of severe emotional problems or inner conflicts and dyssocial psychopaths who are anti social because of social learning.

Crime is an INTENTIONAL  act in violation of the criminal law committed without defense or excuse, and penalized by the state as a Felony or misdemeanor (Toppan, 1947,p.100);

Criminal behavior=therefore is intentional behavior that violates CRIMININAL CODE-means a person must have know what he or she was doing during a ciminal act and must have know that it was wrong.[All African Americans violate males of the larger society CRIMINAL CODE-because of the COLOR OF THEIR SKIN[because of the current Re-elected? administration of the United States head is of color]=NOW the CRIMINAL CODE=[if the person's mother or father is an African American BORN in the United States and neither of the parents does not or has never worked for males of the larger society];

[The current Re-elected? administration of the United States head father was African  from Africa [was NOT BORN in the United States] and their mother was  a Caucasion BORN [entitled to benefits that belong to whites only[illegal] in the United States. Thus in order not to violate the CRIMINAL CODE of males of the larger society=to overcome the color issue= for the system that was being developed for all their African American females who are prostitutes for males of the larger society-the SOLUTION was sperm from a man outside the county=not entitled to any benefits given the white male and but child would have that color and the egg from a Caucasion female who would provide the CONNECTION to the entitlements of the whitemale.  And by forcing the African male back to AFrica =no imput from any person of color[UNLESS] person of color was working for males of the larger society.

In other words=ALL African Americans born in the United States are automatically in violation of the males of the larger society CRIMINAL CODE= [BORN BLACK IN THE UNITED STATES=Any African American  that is born in the United States and seek to in Order to form a more perfect Union [of African Americans], establish Justice[of/for African Americans], insure domestic Tranquility[for/of African Americans], provide for the common defence[of/for African Americans], promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves[African Americans] and our Posterity[African Americans], do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.[http://constitutionus.com/]

Am posting=concerning possible mindsets of why people commit crimes,kill, etc..[some doso because of mind manipulation]WJA? or Adam Lanza?[or any of the other millions of people who were sent to the earth with some type of disability=sin to use them for criminal activity=to make/keep illegal/immoral systems in operation=so what is the reason for people who commit crime that are suppose to have more intelligence and ability to reason?

Coincidental that the book is dedicated to ANNE from CURT or/and that the message is assocaited with "all things that [MAT]ter=Mat is the name of the guy in the movie "The Chronicle" where the guy who played Andrew was killed=Mat in the movie was symbolic of the term MATTERS= Mat was code for Matters.
