A conversation with Major George HOOD[?]=We have more people speaking the same mesage points in local media and communication across the country than we ever have had in our history, It's been very effective.  We always have this challenge to identify what we do.  Wyou've heard it: " I didn't know
the Salvation Army did that.  What else do you do?"
