Explained plight based upon his conversation with Governor Mike Huckabee[sp] that people should stand up for their rights and explained that for over twenty years have been seeking help trying to stand up for my rights and being that you understand the media and the fact that it can be directed to a person or situation: I just turned off the radio because of media being used as an abusive message giver:

For example tried to explain the abuse by the Winston-Salem Transit bus drivers; that Rosa Parks may have had to give up her seat but the current bus system is designed so that it communicates that African Americans that ride the city buses [especially that get some type of social services] BELONG to the city and have to live the life that the city designed for them or suffer negative consequences associated with going six feet down; an example is WJA who rides route 23/13=where they have place the black bed of an emergency bed on a bill board=after killing his mother=to communicate that if he tried to date me=neagative consequences."
Mr. Henderson-"Have you gone to Ernie Pitt? [He grew up in city where I am at]; Have you talked to you leaders in the city? Have you talked to Boss Lady Deen?"
Sir as best can describe that after going to numerous of the local African American leaders to only find that the system is designed to ignore certain individuals=began to understand not to go to the local African American leaders-only called you because you are not from/in Winston-Salem, N. C..
For example did speak to an individual on a local committee=who was originally appauled at the type of intimidation and abuse; the person went into a meeting with the local managers of the Forsyth County Public Library and came out telling me that the charges had been dropped; when I asked what charges; neither he nor the managers over the Forsyth County Public Library would informed me; I was told that I would NOT get anything in writing; But later on found out that his wife was named PAULETTE; and even later found out that the guy who wanted to date me use to date a PAULA. That the guy WJA would come to the local library [downtown and CSR branch looking for me] and after that CSR branch library hired an African American female by the name of Paula; after that the CSR branch library kept putting me out of the library for no reason."
Mr. Henderson-"Well other recoarse is if you write these things sown=who it is and who did what; if you have names, dates, things you can have checked out; if you can come up with written info-it would make it easier."
Mr. Henderson I have documented the dates, times and people; have put some in the court house since at least the early 1990's."

Yes have sought an attorney and legal aid; had to represent myself because could not get attorney to help me.
Mr. Henderson-"Do you have a pastor?"
Have not been able to locate a pastore=heard the Dan Rathers Report on 8/21/2 that stated that the local forces and churches had been working together to steal children from females at birth=the same forces are at work in the local African American community and have been at work in my likfe that hindered economic and social prosperity.
Mr. Henderson-"Well let me check my associates, etc., people and will see if I can get in contact with some of them."

POINT= EVERYBODY is connected to somebody else in system and as Mr. Huckabee stated, the real problem is sin=let's see if Mr. Henderson who KNOWS the effects/affects of being abused and denied even simple human rights is a sinner [serving man] or one who is serving the Supreme Most High God that is over man.
And If Mr. Henderson doesn't KNOW anybody[including an attorney][with all his CONNECTIONS] then who can a person call?

Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting: Newtown, Connecticut Administrators, Students Among Victims, Reports Say
Authorities in Connecticut responded to a mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Friday morning, the local NBC station reports.Police reported 27 deaths, including 20 children, six adults and the shooter, according to the Associated Press.
Following hours of uncertainty during which many media outlets reported the shooter's identity as Ryan Lanza, an official identified the suspected gunman as Adam Lanza, Ryan's 20 year old brother, according to the Associated Press. Ryan Lanza, 24, is being questioned by police in New Jersey.

LAS VEGAS — A man shot and fatally wounded a woman, then killed himself Friday at the Excalibur hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip, sending many patrons fleeing in fear.
It happened at about 8:30 p.m. near the high-rise hotel’s front entrance, Las Vegas Metro Police Lt. Ray Steiber said.
The man died at the scene of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after shooting the woman, who was a vendor at Excalibur’s concierge desk, Steiber said. The woman was pronounced dead later at a local hospital.
Neither the gunman nor the victim was identified, and Steiber said the relationship between the two wasn’t immediately clear.
The shootings happened as the hotel’s front desk was busy on a Friday night with the National Finals Rodeo and other events in town. Steiber said patrons scattered at the first sound of gunfire, and no one else was wounded.
Witnesses on the casino floor said they saw poker players abruptly leaving their tables and many distraught people running for the exits after the gunshots rang out, the Las Vegas Sun reported.
Trisha Banks, 14, and her sister Danielle Banks, 17, were at the hotel for a holiday cheerleading party with 80 other cheerleaders when they heard four shots. They hid under some tables until the situation was cleared about 10 minutes later.
“It’s scary after what happened this morning (in Newtown, Conn.) and then this,” Trisha Banks told the Sun. “How can people do this?”
The woman who was shot worked at the concierge desk as a vendor for the travel website VEGAS.com, which is owned by the Greenspun family, publishers of the Las Vegas Sun.
“We were saddened to learn that a member of the VEGAS.com family was the victim of tonight’s tragic and senseless killing at the Excalibur,” VEGAS.com Chief Operating Officer Bryan Allison told the newspaper. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.”
MGM Resorts International owns the Excalibur and several other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Company spokesman Gordon Absher said the hotel and casino remained open to guests and patrons. However, the area where the shooting took place was cordoned off by police while the investigation was under way.
The Excalibur has approximately 4,000 rooms and is located at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard. The hotel is named for the mythical sword of King Arthur.
