Went to local farmer market today=being that psychological hold is decreasing=at market male of the larger lsociety=been helpting to design system to put African Americans in bondage a long time: said he wanted me to manage his farm;=?same place where the Caucasian female beside me had a set of TWINS working for her when first went to farmers market, and two weeks later a booth with a title associated with the theme of authority was set up across from V. Switzer=? This morning Switzer picked up BILL from the local neighborhood slums developed by males of the larger society; supported by Switzer[RED BANK church;
My God do unto Switzers children the same=take advantage of them in the same manner;
African American male of authority came to Swizter stand,; fully armed/dressed; after waiting for a couple minutes=did not buy anything the first time=walked off. Then about fifteen minutes later=Very important=Caucasian Female in charge of money at farmer's market=bought Switzer an announcement that there would be a meeting at the table=? with ANDREW YOUNG; shortly thereafter= the African American male of authority walked to the stand SR. Charles barbque stand stood/talked for a few minutes and then walked to Switzer's stand again and bought some peanuts=code for tiny/little money.
Upon the maarket closing= parked outside was a big white van/truck=with the following:
Message from the big boys: on the back the truck read Goat Lady join the agriculture community;
The photo above is the ad on the side of the van Truck, which is the result that an African Amrican not following instructions of the white ass bastards=the person is considered to be a goat=meaning not conducive to being a slave or servant; And the authority figure=back for the big boys=after the NATIONAL exercise at Union Cross in Kernersville=[National authority uniting with KKK][about like what was done tot he Jews by Hitler];
Which leads to the following: which posted last week=have a copy=but haven't been able to locate again on blog=??? Thus=the second time=TWO:
Castleton State college, 4th Edition, Printice Hall, Enlgewood Cliff, N. J. 07632, 1995; in which the dedication reads: "To ANNE, a colleague in all things that MATter."
Social Learning theorists believe that the social environment is themost important factor in the acquistion of most human behavior. Tthey do accept the necessity of reinforcement for the maintenance of behavior.
[Michael[next door]=bad behavior reinforced by mother and AFrican American male,Chris[mothers boyfriend who washes cars and says he is judge Hayes son],etc..
If the behavior brings aversive results[punishement], this will inhibit or suppress future or similar behavior.[why they murdered my brother and killed at least seven of my relatives]; The hypothesis is that people enter situations with generalized expectantcies about the outcome of their behavior [African Amricans expect that by obeying the law living a moral life avoiding illegal activity is a good thing and will lead to good results= in acutality=it leads to the complete opposite. The African American that lives a good moral and legal life is singled out by those who know the joke[authorities and churches] and punished almost on a daily basis continously.
Juliam Rotler's theory to criminal behavior applied that when eople engage in unlawful conduct, they expect to GAIN something in the form of status, power, security [African American females expect security for their man first and then child/ren], affection, material goods, or living conditions., {Michael's mother that lives next door expects security for boyfriend Chirs, doesn't really care about Michael=sold him off to the authorities in exchange for security to have Chris for a boyfriend.
The violent person may elect to behave that way in the belief that something will be GAINED, although self regulation and moral developement are involved=people who act UNLAWFULLY percieve and interpret the situation and selct what they consider to be the most effective behavior under the circumstances.
Usually when people act violently they do so because that approach has been used successfully in the past( at least they believe it has been successful.) Less frequently, they have observed someone else GAIN by employing a violent apprach, and they try it for themselves.
An individual may acquire ways of doing something simply by watching other do it; direct reinforcement[REWARDS] is not necessary[modeling]. Behavioral PATTERNS exists in every persons repertoires, even if they never received direct reinforcement for acquiring a behavior..
According to Bandura (1973b) the more significant and respected the models[authority and churches], the greater their impact on the person's behavior. In observational learning, it is not so much what the model says as what the model does that is effective.[United States Constitution says harassment and intimidation are illegal; but those who are suppose to stop the harassment and intimidation DO [what the model does] that is operating in African American communities;
The observed behavior of the models also more likely to be IMITATED if the observer sees the model recieve a reward: The entire African American community[Winston-Salem, North Carolina ] has and is being rewarded for illegal and immoral behavior. Conversely, it is less likely to be imitated if the model is punished [Denise Hartsfield =charged with fixing tickets; BUT not fixing child support cases]; Womble=found guilty of driving offense; but verdict reversed=looks like a REWARD to those following illmoral/illegal system;
Deviant behavior is most likely to develope as a result of social reinforcements given my significan others, ususally within ones peer group. The group first adopts it own normative definitions about what conduct is good or bad [In Winston-salem, North Carolina, for African Americans to do good they have to do what males of the larger society says in order fo them to stay out of confinement=they have to do bad], right or wrong, justified or unjustified. These normative definitions become internal, cognitive guides to what is appropriate and will most likely be reinforced by the group. In this sense, normative definititins operate as discriminative stimuli-social signals transmitted by subcultural or peer groups to indicate whether certain kinds of behavior will be rewarded or punished within a particual social context;[ In my particual case=[African American ]anything done right, moral, legal is grouonds for punishment[ secret code].
Godwillst
