The clerk at WSTA on Trade Street said that she NEVER KNOWS when DEAN REYNOLDS will be in the office=can't call/access an employee that works for the PUBLIC =???? BUT I was told that the people in charge of WSTA were suppose to be easily accessible=think that is to anybody and everybody who does NOT ride the WSTA buses.
