After speaking with person associated with gov. offices in other human relations department/commissions in N. C.; the fact that you received documentation that stated that the Winston-Salem Housing dept. had the two white trucks with red tractors parked in front of my door is enough reason for the NC Human Relations Dept. to investigate the connection to the Gwyn guy who lives at 3720 Prospect Drive who pulled a weapon on me; and two white trucks with red tractors parked in front of my door; along with the fact that the pictures/documents that were sent to the NC Human Relations Dept of vehicles/equipment connected to the N.C. DOT [department of transportation] is enough reason for the N. C. Human Relations Dept. to investigate; and along with the fact that after asking for the name DeANNA to be used instead my real name, after sending documents with my address[not my NAME] on a document to the NC Human Relations Commission., the N. C. Human Relations Commission then sent an email with my last name as if they want someone to know who they are sending the information to;why? And David Carthorn [white] removal and being redirected to deal with African American male [David Collum] who based upon conversations with other Human Relations Dept./Commisions state that there is enough information in the docuemtnts to do and should be doing an investigation  but isn't[ethnic intimidation];

As stated in conversation; have called the lawyers referrals/contacted the Justice dept. for at least a decade with no results and organizations keep passing the situation in which presently walking out of house is a question including getting on/off WSTA city bus where bunch of white males blocked the sidewalk and streets [as intimidation]; even after calling the WSTA management offices;

Would appreciate your sending information necessary for NC Human Relations Commissions to do an investigation or at least inform the community that the NC Human Relations Commission is aware of the new harassment systems[people] being developed through the names of GWYNDOLYN; AMBER and GEORGE[and the other unnamed systems til the community get orders from the gov. to stop;[otherwise consider yourself an accessory to the fact-anything that happens to me, child I raised, child the Gwyns stole, any family/ friend killed because of/through harassment, intimidation,abuse];
