Hi,

The email should have been sent to David Cauthorn, he is the lead investigator at the NC Human Relations Commission;I am thinking David Cauthorn knows his job and  he wanted  a narrative of the systematic abuse by those operating within local systems; have you found out why David Cauthorn disappreared[was suddenly moved]; is there any way to locate David Cauthorn? or anybody who will honestly address the issue of harassment, intimidation [including today] by elements within the local community without attacking me for not accepting the abuse?
