Went to family member for holiday[thanksgiving]=when came back=bread on floor; and although little to
no food =roach placed in cabinet; and salt was in my bed and the guy the street in front of the guy next doors house was wet=where he had been washing cars all day=with my water=when ever leave the house=him and his buddies connect their water house to my speaket and wash cars; the winston-salem water dept. said it is nothing they can do=?=no lock, etc. nothing=?
