NEW TOWN Connecticut shootings must be very difficult for all; BUT at least it is quick and fast; African
American people have to endure the same; but take a whole lot longer to go throught he process because society does not like it when they KNOW people are being intimidated, abused, robbed, etc., especially when done by those who they think are suppose to help the people

Now if the parents could imagine that the people who worked in secret: probably some in their own family to intimidate/participate in Adam Lenza[sp] shooting; the parents need to imagine that they [the parents] are attacked for seeking comfort, support, answeres that their job it taken from them for doing so; that the local attorneys', authority, churches, etc. are all participant in the systems that intimidated Adams Lenza[sp] psychologically into a corner of do something illegal or immoral or else.

Most of the parents will probably encounter some of the people in the secret system immediately; especially those parents who may have been close to figuring out parts of their secret system of abuse; ethnic intimidation.

Point is that as someone pointed out [television commentator]=usually the shooter in such situations as Newtown Connecticut are males of the larger society and THEN they have to figure out/DEBATE if the male of the larger society even has to stand trial and if he does how  is he to be charge? [debate=because he is a male of the larger society [based upon the Preamble of the United States Constitution during the years of slavery] all males of the larger society have the right to kill anyone who is NOT serving males of the larger society; based upon the interpretation of the United States Supreme Court that interpretation by males of the larger society is illegal; BUT being that 99.9% of all people of authority in the United States are males of the larger society=who is going to enforce the law established by the United States Suspreme Court that says that it is illegal for males of the larger society to kill, intimidate, attack any person who does not serve them?Question=WHO?


AT medical office this morning forensic [forest[sp] short male of the larger society was sitting in medical office; upon going to have blood taken=no blood pressure reading [white nurse said]; then had white male on ladder beside black rug; then BRANDI [brand] came in and took blood=? and then upon coming out of medical office=black truck like posted on 12/19/12 was parked in front of medical office.

Black SUV posted by house  visited by Amp[guy who told me for 30 years I was suppose to be his wife] and who knew my brother= black truck = social psychological harassment=] constant reminder located near one of his relatives house.

Upon hearing of the NEWtown [Sandy HOOK]shootings and listening at the parents=first may God give them comfort=BUT wonder if any the parents thought in terms of the fact that the whole situation may have been staged=that maybe SAM's CLUB[n. c.c] is going to use one of their child to start a whole avenue of communication with/between authority and their local church[es]; OR may be SAM'S CLUB is going to use the parents of each child to communicate threats to other family members to control them=OR maybe SAM'S CLUB = may have used one/some of the family members  of the victims to have them position so that they [names]can be used to communicate to the local and national community=who knows it may have all be done just so that it can be communicated to WINSTON-SALEM North Carolina that Winston-Salem, North Carolina is a NEW TOWN=meaning society KNOWS that the churches in Winston-Salem, N.C. are working with local authority to rob/steal/,etc. children [Dan Rathers Report] [adopted or abducted][8/21/12];

Wonder if the mother can imagine that the father may have been a SECRET part of the entire staged situation in Newtown, Conn. ; or if the father can imagine that the mother may have been a SECRET part of the entire staged situation in Newtown, conn.; Everybody KNOWS that Sams' Club KNOWS the SECRET to GOOD living. NEWTOWN, Conn. will have it right when they understand that African Americans have lived what they are going through almost on a daily basis=at least Newtowns's sorrow is public and the country can prayed for Newtown, Conn.; BUT African Americans don't own media=or if they do[most have the illusion [51% of stock[set up]owned through system of males of the  larger society] to make sure African American do not maintain control of media]; so African Americans sorrow is not documented and made public as the Newtown, Conn. shootings; not to mention that at least people have the fact that their one of their family members is gone [authority documented the names,etc.];  a lot of African Americans don't have anyone to tell about the people in their lives that they have lost and lost through systems that the parents of NEWTOWN, Conn. depend on and take for granted=like, security, health care and jobs.

Or maybe the parents will really get it when they are STALKED by authority because they seek answers/justice to what happen to their family members; then maybe the parents of Newtown, Conn. will begin to understand a little bit= because at present [probably most of them had insurance=didn't have to go through the financiall begging process] they have high expectations to be recognized as having gone through a great loss as well as high expectations of recieving comfort on everyside=especially those who came to protect elements at Sandy  HOOK Elementary in Newtown, Conn.

Now if the parents of Newtown, Conn. could just position themselves so that they can appreciate that some of the authority that is running to rescue their child are also some of the same ones participating with
SAM'S Club and local authrity and churches in Winston-Salem North Carolina that stole a twin child at birth; then offered to sell the child back to the parent [meaning as long as the parent becomes slave to [males of the larger society] system]=then parent can have the child back=AND do not worry about any consequences for having stole the child or the fact that the parent knows that they stole the child; WHY=because they have been authorized=probably to do what they did in CONNECTicut;

The violent person may elect to behave that way in belief that something will be gained.  Although self-regulation and moral development are involved-people who act unlawfully percieve and interpret the situation and select what they consider to be the MOST EFFECTIVE  BEHAVIOR under the circumstances.  Usually when people act violently, they do so because that approach has beenused successfully in the past() at least they lelieve it has been successful).  Less frequently they have observed someone else gain by employing, a violent approach and they try it for themselves.

"An individual may acquire ways of doing something simply by watching others do it; direct reinforcement is not necessary (modeling).  BEHAVIOR PATTERNS exist in every persons repertoires, even if they never recieved direct reinforcement for acquiring a behavior."

"According to Bandura(1973b) the more significant and respected the model, the greater their impact on our behavior.  In observationalleaning, it is not so much waht the model says as what the dodel does that is effective.(p.100)"

"The observed behavior of models is also more likely to be imitated if the ovserver sees the model recieve a reward.Conversely, it is less likely to be imitated if the model is punished.(p100)"

"BEHAVORISTS suggest that since all human behavior is learned it can also be CHANGED using the same principles by which it was  acquired.[African American Church]  Behavior modification techniques were developed and the use of learning priniciples to establish conditions that change or maintain targeted behaviors and voila! the therapeutic success!" Humans can be classically condititoned. (p 98)[Voila=name of company that owns the Winston-Salem Transit Authority.]


The premise that operant conditioning is the basis for the origin of ciminal behavior is deceptively simple: Criminal behavior is LEARNED and STRENGTHEN because of the REINFORCEMENT [REWARDS] it brings.  According to Skinner-human beings are born neutral-neither good nor bad.  Culture, society and the environment shape behavior.  Therefore behavior will be labeled good, bad or indifferent, as society chooses.  What is judged "good" behavior in one society or CULTURE may be labeled as "bad" in another. ".(p.97)

Skinner was convinced that searches for individual dispositions or personalities athat lead to criminal conduct are fruitless, because people are ultimately determined by the environment in which they live; genetics count BUT the DOMINANT PLAYER is OPERANT CONDITIONING.  According to Skinner- for vrime to be eleiminated "we'[?] must change society through behavioral engineering based on scienfific conception of man.  Having agreed on reules and regulations [who agrees?] , having defined what behavior constitutes antisocial or criminal offenses, we[who?] must design a society in which members learn very early that reinforcement[TREWARDS] will not occur if they TRANSGRESS  against these rusles and regulations, but will occur if they abide by them..(p.97)

REINFORCEMENTS[rewards] for behavior are not always OBVIOUS=REIENFORCEMENTS can by physical[health care], social[sex, dating, companionship, just having another person in their life], psychological.(p.97)

The term antisocial personality disorder [ASP] is used by psychiatrists, and many psychologists refer to those offenders who demostrate"failure to CONFORM to SOCIAL NORMS with respect to LAWFUL BEHAVIORS as indicated by repeatedly performing acts athat are grounds for arrest (American Psychiatric Association(APA),1993,p.T-4 ;

"Primary psychopaths are usuually not volcanically explosive, violent or extremely destructive.  They are more apt to be outgoing, charming and verbally proficient.  Thay may be criminals-[in FACT, in general they run in perpetual opposition to the law]-but many are not.p.?

sociopath=a person who is in conflict with the law, appparently, repetively in limited capacity to learn from past experiences ( to be distinguished from a primary spychopath).(p.418)

Primary psychopath-true psychopath-(a person who domonstrates a distinct behavioral pattern different from the general population in its level of sensitivity, empathy, compassion and gulity.)  in contrast to secondary psychopaths-who commit antisocial acts because of severe emotional problems or inner conflicts and dyssocial psychopaths who are anti social because of social learning.

For example did speak to an individual on a local committee=who was originally appauled at the type of intimidation and abuse; the person went into a meeting with the local managers of the Forsyth County Public Library and came out telling me that the charges had been dropped; when I asked what charges; neither he nor the managers over the Forsyth County Public Library would informed me; I was told that I would NOT get anything in writing; But later on found out that his wife was named PAULETTE; and even later found out that the guy who wanted to date me use to date a PAULA.  That the guy WJA would come to the local library [downtown and CSR branch looking for me] and after that CSR branch library hired an African American female by the name of Paula; after that the CSR branch library kept putting me out of the library for no reason."

Authorities in Connecticut responded to a mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Friday morning, the local NBC station reports.
Police reported 27 deaths, including 20 children, six adults and the shooter, according to the Associated Press.
Following hours of uncertainty during which many media outlets reported the shooter's identity as Ryan Lanza, an official identified the suspected gunman as Adam Lanza, Ryan's 20 year old brother, according to the Associated Press. Ryan Lanza, 24, is being questioned by police in New Jersey.

Witnesses on the casino floor said they saw poker players abruptly leaving their tables and many distraught people running for the exits after the gunshots rang out, the Las Vegas Sun reported.
Trisha Banks, 14, and her sister Danielle Banks, 17, were at the hotel for a holiday cheerleading party with 80 other cheerleaders when they heard four shots. They hid under some tables until the situation was cleared about 10 minutes later.
“It’s scary after what happened this morning (in Newtown, Conn.) and then this,” Trisha Banks told the Sun. “How can people do this?”
The woman who was shot worked at the concierge desk as a vendor for the travel website VEGAS.com, which is owned by the Greenspun family, publishers of the Las Vegas Sun.
“We were saddened to learn that a member of the VEGAS.com family was the victim of tonight’s tragic and senseless killing at the Excalibur,” VEGAS.com Chief Operating Officer Bryan Allison told the newspaper. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.”
MGM Resorts International owns the Excalibur and several other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Company spokesman Gordon Absher said the hotel and casino remained open to guests and patrons. No Reynolds hotel; Developer says 'no' to hotel project for Reynolds building";

The thought of converting the historic R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. headquarters into a 22-story luxury hotel pulled on Dennis Quaintance’s heartstrings.However, the reality of spending tens of millions of dollars on buying and renovating the downtown Winston-Salem building in an economic downturn persuaded the Greensboro developer to pass on the ambitious project.

The building is valued at $12.3 million, according to Forsyth County tax records.
Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants and Hotels said Thursday the current room rates and demand were not strong enough to justify the investment for the hotel it envisioned.
Reynolds entered into an agreement in January that gave the developer this year to study the feasibility of renovating the building, which opened in 1929.
The goal was carving out 120 to 180 rooms, as well as a restaurant, bar and event space, in a building widely known as one of the nation’s best examples of art deco skyscraper architecture. Its design inspired the Empire State Building in New York City.
“Nobody wanted this to become a reality more than me,” said Quaintance, chief executive and chief design officer for Quaintance-Weaver. “I’m totally in love with that magnificent building.”
However, the economics were just not ripe for such a project, he said.
“There is a rule of thumb that while emotion and enthusiasm can lead you to a project, the data has to be able to show it’s warranted,” Quaintance said.
“We measured very methodically how many people are coming to town, to downtown, and how much people are willing to pay to stay in a luxury hotel. We measured that for the next few years, which took a while to figure out.
“Ultimately, it came down to a cost-revenue measurement that just didn’t work.”
Daan Delen, president and chief executive of Reynolds American Inc., said the company is disappointed, particularly of the project’s potential role in downtown revitalization.
“Moving forward, we will continue to explore our options with the building, taking into account not only its practical usage, but also its historic significance to the community and the role it might play in continued downtown development.”
The majestic building closed more than three years ago, after Reynolds moved its downtown employees into the neighboring Plaza Building in 2009.
The hotel could have opened sometime between the fall of 2014 and the summer of 2015.
Mayor Allen Joines said the project fell victim in part to the overall rate structure of local hotels “being kept artificially low.”
“Our challenge is to get those rates to a more competitive level,” Joines said.
“I have talked to Mr. Quaintance, and I am hopeful that the market might improve in the future to allow him to move forward. He has a great vision for the reuse.”
Richard Geiger, president of Visit Winston-Salem, said he was not surprised given the hotel dynamics in the city.
“We need to be focused on creating tourist and visitor demand for our hotels and not building more supply at this time,” Geiger said.
Geiger and Gayle Anderson, president and chief executive of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, are vocal supporters of renovating Benton Convention Center, particularly its information-technology services, to attract more convention events.
The Forsyth County Tourism Development Authority and the city agreed in September to spend up to $40,000 each to hire Crossroads Consulting Services LLC of Tampa, Fla., to evaluate Benton. The goal is having a priority list and cost estimates for possible renovations by early next year.
“Investing in an improved Benton is a prudent move and could eventually play a role in making the Reynolds headquarters building more viable as a hotel,” Geiger said.
Anderson said updating Benton is necessary “before we can attract the convention business that might pay significantly higher hotel rates at any property.”
Quaintance downplayed the role of Benton’s condition in his decision, also saying he didn’t think the four-block distance from the Reynolds building would deter foot traffic.
He said he remains hopeful the city “will do the right thing” with Benton renovations.
Michael Clapp of Michael S. Clapp & Associates Inc., a real-estate appraisal company, said the cost of renovating older buildings likely played a role in Quaintance’s decision.
Quaintance said his company came across “some issues that made us smile and made us frown.”
“Those that made us frown were not obstacles that changed our projected budget dramatically,” he said. “There would have been some structural renovations required for the proper emergency requirements.
“The building would have dressed out well in terms of room size and corridor space.”
Quaintance still thinks the building “has such glorious potential.”
“The elevator lobby is the centerpiece of the building, the image of upscale we are looking for,” he said. “It has an authentic appeal to it that will attract visitors and locals for a stay.”
Reynolds spokesman David Howard said the company continues to receive inquiries about the building with other uses in mind.
“It may be a cliché, but as one door closes, hopefully another door will open,” Howard said. “We gained some excellent learnings about how to make the building work as a hotel that we can pass along to interested parties.”
