Sibling called to say that cousin [who was getting MEDICAL treatment] is dead; TWO white male authority outside house=tell=relative dead;

Sent email to local person asking if they would help; when went to OFFICE DEPOT on Peterscreek Parkway=hispanic by the name of LITCHfield-came and tried to harass and intimidate the entire time; she told me she was the manager of the store; later found out she lied-she is a department manager;
Of which K&W Cafateria also has NEW people working for them=all with the dress and clothing of those associated with the knocking down of the TWIN towers[world Trade Center] in New York;heard a couple of the radio commentators on local radio stations talking about the fact that the bush administrations in the house that is white and the current re-elected? head of the United States administration were/are in bed with the M----m brotherhood=reason=if African Americans refuse to yield to threats to serve white males=them white males need greater threats;

"Spoke to you on 8/15/13 concerning Carver Road Branch Library putting me out of library for about the 4th /5th time;
You said they can't treat you that way and that is why I have been looking for outside intervention; because of the WSFC Public Library mistreatment and
also in other areas, which have impacted my life greatly;
Situations with WSFC Public Library:
1. The first issue-my blog was blocked; WSFC Main Public Library had to unblock my blog because they could not explain why I could get to all the other blogs, but not mine;
2. The next issue[summary] WSFC Main Public Library [located downtown Winston-Salem
I was talking about; and I was blocked from access to the internet; the reason given was that I owed fines[which I had owed for about two years[est.];which lead to me offering to volunteer
in exchange for fines; BUT the WSFC Main Public Library gave me a Community Service Notice=no court involved; so did not sign; got money to pay fine got back on the internet[found out
that federal funds are given to create programs to keep people on the internet who can't pay fines];
3. Stop going to WSFC Main Public Library and started going to Carver Road Branch Library where about two months later -they told me to leave the library and gave me no reason;
4. Got back in the CRB Library and about six months later-same thing-they asked me to leave the CRB library but did not give me a reason; kept giving me the run around;
5. One time when they put me out; had the dept of justice on the phone; and lady told me what to do; call person over head person at library, which was Dudley Watts-who
gave me an apology letter;
Which I thought was the end of being put out of the WSFC public library for no reason;
6. But about four to six months later the same thing: this time called county commissioner Walter Marshall who was originally appalled[sp]; had a meeting
, changed his whole attitude and then told me they WSFC library had dropped the charges; when I asked what charges, Mr. Marshall said he did not know; and when I called the county office/WATTS/Pratt;
they told me they were not giving me a letter telling what the charges; [Sylvia Hamlin and Dameon Pratt told me via phone conversation that I had been put out because I had asked a question]
7. Latest incident; was at CRB library and security guard walked up and told me I had to leave because Herbert-librarian wanted me to leave, when I asked Why?; was told because I was talking pictures
\and they wanted me to leave; told the security guard that I was not taking pictures; the security guard told me that I had to leave any way; so I left;
Cannot call Silvaia Hamlin, Dudley Watts, Damion Pratt, Melissa Williams[director of CRB library] because they are the ones who are connectecd with my blog being blocked and putting me out of the library;
I have been going to public and private libraries all my life; have two degrees; and after going through the proper channels; do not know what to do to keep and maintain access to the libraries -public and private-
Other elements involved in negative treatment within local community that are connected to the library issue- please inform if you need other information to write story or if you need an interview;
One of the things that I have found out is that the agencies do not document when they put people out of agencies; and control who writes up the complaint[they tell people they can't make a complaint
on the internet];
The WSFC PUblic Library passed out flyers to promote program [summer 2013] for people to ask questions;
Did call the New York Public Library and was told "NYC Public libarary is one of the largest libraries in the world and allows people to take pictures [as long as without flash to protect books/paintings]"
The blog that I post on, allows me to post the situations encountered from local situations that should be addressed by local established systems; but aren't, which leaves me seeking other solutions,
which has left me with only posting situations;

Thank you for your email on 8/23/13;
I did try to speak with Mr. E------, in which in email/previous first conversations with you on 8/19/13 request was made for a copy report of the Mazzie Woodruf Forsyth Tech-report,etc. concerning incident on 8/9/13 concerning access to the Community Computer lab; I apologize; but I thought you said to ask Mr. Edwards; of which as I stated earlier, I am trying to understand the process in order to not have to go through this again; of which this is the second time and each time there is no documentation; and nobody seems to no why or give me a reason;
Following the instructions from a Forsyth Tech source;that I should "ask the person in charge for specific reasons for the incident so that you will know the specific reasons-so you don't have to go back through this again."
