On 8/7/13went to the security guard and asked if he could tell me who to call over the African Melissa Williams left in charge at the Carver Road Branch Library because the African had harassed, tried to intimidate me before; that because Sylvia Hamlin had put me out for asking a question before that I needed to KNOW who to go to over Sylvia Hamlin;
Well today after posting that African and Jamie had teamed up to harass; at about 5:30 pm=security guard[older one] [who went through the first phase of harassing me-he originally was participating in process] came over to me and told me the AFrican said he wanted me to leave the library; when I asked why he said because I was harassing the patrons[I had not talked to anybody]and that he did not want me taking any pictures=?; then I asked how was I suppose to turn in my DVD's -security guard said call Melissa Williams-she will tell you; And upon the Security guard excorting me out of the CRB library=black male first time ever seen with dread locks/short came out of the library=thought that was strange=because after he asked the security guard about hiring=then he went back in=buddy system=code=will lie for CRB library if you give me a job;
Security guard however did see an elderly minister-well known in the African American community -give me a ride; as the minister was pulling away=security guard [Elderly African American][know the system-how it works-target African American not working for white males=keep and maintain job];
Conversation with elderly minister went something like:
Don't Know when I can turn in my DVD's; Why?-because the African put me out of the library; the elderly minister said-"Well that is just for Carver Road; that is not all of the city libraries;told him African gave me a paper dated [8/8/13]= TWO day and that not allowed to come back until 8/23/13=[BIRTH day];
then he asked me why he put me out; pointed to what African had circled on paper that he had given me;

The elderly minister said, No! you don't bother anybody, have watched you for a couple years now and you don't bother people; know that is a lie;
then asked if he would put it in writing; and he put it in writing;
then asked if he would come to the next meeting concerning the harassment, intimidation from library, etc., which he had already been to some meetings before as result of my seeking an advocate to be allowed to live/access the local resources within the local African American community;
The statement reads[can't get to email at the local recreation center=part of their plan]=goes to hispanic email]:

beginning 8/8/13/ This action was taken due to the violations(s) checked from the library's posted RULES FOR USE.[=?]

Called the 5th Street Public library and asked what was/is the policy concerning library patrons taking a picture within the library; was told by Rober [white male][check phone records]that there is no policy concerning library patrons taking pictures;asked him to send me copy; or statement to email;
Called Southside library=again said=there is no policy on taking pictures at the library;can take pictures of signs/displays posted;
And called another library=again they said; there is no policy on taking pictures at the library;can take pictures of signs/displays posted;
Tried to access the library's policy on picture taking=can't even locate where the WSFC library policies are;

The African left in charge while Melissa Williams was out of work=part of harassment system; thing the legal term is called ENTRAPMENT=
