Called and asked all the the WSFC libraries including the 5th Street Public libraries about their picture taking policies-of which they all stated "THAT THE WSFC PUBLIC LIBRARY DOES  NOT HAVE  A PICTURE TAKING POLICY"; ZURIE [NEW-from Greendland ,SC] said that he had sent me an email=? three times of which I never got; just asked ZURIE for a copy of the email he sent; and ZURIE said, "OH, the administration-meaning WSFC Public library administratiion-want to see you upstairs; they said they don't think you have a CLEAR picture of the policies=set up-them against one=super harassment;

Of which on 8/28/13 open the front door to go outside and standing across the street - were TWO WHITE MALES dressed in authority clothing- that were standing outside TWO white with red and blue stripes on side authority cars; NO SIRENS- NO YELLING, Screaming from any body on the street=? so I went back in the house and waited until they left;

And being that this is the first day back at WSFC library after bastards[AFrican at carver road library put me out for no reason]; at the WSFC 5th street main public library=NEW EVERYBODY=LOT of WHITE MALES ON THE MAIN FLOOR=ZACK=got a negative sex intimidation going for African American females[why he was hired]-fit in real nice with a prostitution ring at the apartment complex on corner of Broad and 5th Street-operated through boards downtown;


NEW authority-OLD BLACK SAMBO/male-means he was hired because he KNOWS is an expert at operating the ethnic intimidation system for white males; and went out of his way to let me know that I am not one of their in house niggers;
