Went to person's house to eat dinner;after started going=street was marked up with BLUE lines; etc., and to communicate warning[yellow=warning] to person giving me food: on 2/24/13 trees on street/dead end had been marked by city of Winston-Salem :
Threre were three trees marked with yellow notices from city of Winston-Salem;
However the same trees on the street [with tree limbs in the DUKE energy wires were not marked]=?;
On on way to CRB library=DUKE energy truck pulled into driveway; white male got out of truck; walked across the street so as to walk in front of me; then walked back across the street; license #DW5583= number 55 and number 83 are years relatives were born in;
