Called the New York City Public Library [ask NYPL] asked the NYPL clerk; who controls the public?; NYPL library clerk asked, "What do you mean?"; ; it was stated-Who would be in charge of telling a group of people that they could not work and if they did work; that they would be put into confinement; NYPL said, "You need to contact the government."; asked "What if they are the ones that are doing it?"; NTPL clerk said, "Then you need to speak to your congressman or representative."
Heard this morning on radio 88fm radio [Diane Rehm show] where guest made statement that they were concerned that there is not a national discussion about the fact that drones being used against American citizens, which may have already occurred locally:
