Below is a copy of email sent to Virginia Fox after speaking to WHITE MALE[young in training to block and harass African Americans] DAVID[have blogged about name] Helsley[Constiuate Liasion] who after I explained a condensed form of situation to David Helsley informed me that I had told him NOTHING including being concerned about safety) that there was NOTHING that he or Virginia Fox could do; so stated that conversation [issue with threats of confinement for honest work=interfers with getting good insurance coverage of which David Helsley stated situation is not an issue]; that the issue should be on the television=everything else does;David Helsley had a very nasty [white male] attitude=African Americans not allowed to talk to Virginia Fox about any issue UNLESS=[never got clarification]=think he said unless he was told something specific; all of the specific issues I gave him-David Helsley said=not an issue;

Have gone around in circles for years seeking to have problem addressed; was suggested by local agency to contact Virginia Fox [representative];


!. Have not gotten a response to emails sent to various officials

3. had brother that was murdered;
4. Copies of emails sent to various agencies;

Sent the email to Winston-Salem Journal newspaper "ASK SAM":


Spoke to consumer customer service person at local consumer hotline and asked who or what organization would deal with ex-employer harassments and threats of confinement if honest work is obtained by the person;[of which the person has already been set up and put behind bars] and what should the person do concerning the local social agencies dening person access to help with water, lights, food and what could the person do?;


The Customer serve person said to send in a question and somebody should be back in touch with me soon.


QUESTIION:
1. How am I to afford insurance when can't get anyone to address the threats of confinement if I do honest work?

2. How am I to pay back school loans when threaten with confiement for doing honest work;

3.[not a  trade] What agency does person go to-to stop relative or self from being killed? [terrick] or forced into human trafficing by local agencies

4.  EEOC letters to file complints have been given; seeking attorney;
