Have not been able to respond to the above; BUT to try and simplify major concern-heard on tv situation entitled "BREAKING the CYCLE of BULLYING; in the article they stated that the bullying is almost a 24 hour mental, emotional as well as physical torture [which when I contacted the organization that you work for]; I am trying to stop the physical, as well as the other forms of torture;
The commentator said that people bully other people because they don't think there are any consequences and in EVERY case, there is a neglegent person around that could have stopped the attacks; the other part that the commentator stated was that it is extremely important to get across to the right person the seriousness of the situation.
The story on the television was on channel 59 [cable] on 10/21/13; think in that particular case the person had been a target of a group of teenagers;
I have called, wrote the proper authorities and get told that people harassing, intimidating or threatening me is not an issue;
Please inform me who is the right person to contact; and I am concerned for others connected to me;
