Personal Liberties

9/17/12

Last week discovered that the months supply of water that had in attic/b=was gone=who moved it=?; the months supply of water was for when couldn't pay water bill. Coast to Coast provided a possible answer this morning 9/17/12 on 94.5 fm radio in which thier guest stated that those who are/have operated in such a way as to steal people's liberties take a picture of a person's house; then do as they do in t he movies; make an imaginary imitation front to put infront of the house; then leave the false front out front while they go in the back of the false front and do whatever they want; steal;etc..  Thus if they have taken the months supply of water; then then have taken something else/paper/information out also=?=?????

Coast to Coast guest on 9/17/12 at apprx 1 to 4am verifies process used in secret to cover up and to manipulate mindset of people[s]; their guest also stated that people are waking up and that the United States is poised to [said he hated to use the word] BUT in acutality people are becoming greatly aware of the fact that they are being deprived of the their personal liberties=which would include the interferance of people's personal lives[like working/dating/socializing/who can/can't drive a vehicle;go to the movies;be out in the public after dark; go to church without being harassed/attacked; be allowed to visit family members, etc..
However they did not say when [revolt] would take place.

What is the Powell amendment?

Adam Clayton Powell, Black congressman from New York repeatedly present this amendment to block appropriations of taxpayer money for federally-funded segregated services. He was a principal contributor to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 addressing discriminatory practices in public accommodations. The bill was signed by President Lyndon Johnson and ended the necessity of presenting the amendment.

"Tax money collected from the whole people should not be used to serve one segment of the people and exclude another segment of the people, but rather it should be used to benefit the whole people."

Answer:
13 The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution officially abolished and continues to prohibit slavery, and with limited exceptions, such as those convicted of a crime, prohibits involuntary servitude.

14 The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution (Amendment XIV) is one of the post-Civil War amendments (known as the Reconstruction Amendments), first intended to secure rights for former slaves. It includes the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses among others. It was proposed on June 13, 1866, and ratified on July 9, 1868.[1] It is perhaps the most significant structural change to the Constitution since the passage of the United States Bill of Rights. The amendment provides a broad definition of United States citizenship, overturning the Dred Scott case, which excluded African Americans. It requires the states to provide equal protection under the law to all persons (not only to citizens) within their jurisdictions, and was used in the mid-20th century to dismantle legal segregation, as in Brown v. Board of Education. Its Due Process Clause has driven much important and controversial case law regarding privacy rights, abortion (see Roe v. Wade), and other issues.

15 Amendment XV (the Fifteenth Amendment) of the United States Constitution provides that governments in the United States may not prevent a citizen from voting based on that citizen's race[1], color, or previous condition of servitude (i.e. slavery). It was ratified on February 3, 187O

The other two post-Civil War amendments are the Thirteenth Amendment (banning slavery) and the Fifteenth Amendment (banning race-based voting qualifications). According to Supreme Court Justice Noah Swayne, "Fairly construed, these amendments may be said to rise to the dignity of a new Magna Carta."[2]
