Have tried for about two hours to sign up for face book Tricities.com/other newspapers and none will allow unless I submit my phone #=??? what ever happened to privacy=KNOW person can be tracked through location of computer and HTML[?] address=?????\

What the local library has done is to code the account number so that person cannot sign up to comment or sent out info.
