1. Rode the wsta rte 96 to downtown to wsta route 85 which ran into a car and knocked the females mirror off on the driving side[facing the street];driver of route 85 is a re-hire-knows how the system runs and think he intentionally ran into the car to fix it so that people have to get on a supervisor's bus; which I did not; however the Pol-ce showed and did not give my name; but identified myself;
2. Water still running in back yard; can't get a plummer[sp];Chris Hayes threw a basketBALL in yard where he pulled board off the side of my residence;[he pulled boards off of three sides of residence;
3. Am posting letter that am sending to various agencies concerning harassment/intimidation/abuse from ex-city of Winston-Salem employees after seeking renewal of EBT card:

1.To confirm conversation on 5/31/18 stating that after following the proper
protocol am seeking help to access food to avoid the effects of starvation, in
which Winston-Salem, N. C. is known as being ranked #1 in the country [yrs][articles
included – [“Lingering poverty growing in Winston-Salem”/2015;”Hunger in
Winston-Salem”/2011;Hunger in North Carolina: The latest scandalous
numbers”/2016;]where access to mail has
been interfered with where female’s son [G. Gwyn] pulled weapon on me [ for
rejecting a mailbox he put up with my name and address after he had knocked my
mailbox over;
2. First EBT card was obtained after the governors office
intervene after coming out of the ICU unit the first time; because of health
issues was not able to complete application in timely manner with the Forsyth
Dept. of Social Service and after explaining the situation the FDSS sent me the
wrong application and said a second
application needed to fill out a second[2] time; and before being able to resend
a second application; Forsyth Dept. of Social Service sent statement that
client closed the case-which I did not; then sought higher officials to help
address the situation; which lead to intimidation/harassment where was told to
re-contact the FDSS, which did and was told to fill out application over the
phone and the EBT card would have money on the card for food the same day; but
the person who took application said the application had to be sent through the
mail to be resigned; have already been in ICU twice for lack of nutrition; presently
the lack of access to food through use of
EBT card is a noticeable effect upon diet;
3. Included also are pictures of boards being pulled off of
house as form of intimidation/harassment by people who have or who have
relatives [Chris Hayes/G. Gwyn/Moore] who work/ed in for the City of Winston-Salem, NC; the
pictures of the name tags are at places of businesses attended where the names
are forms of harassment with “Cynthia” being the name of a family member and
“Margaret” being the name of a relative who said that agencies stole a lot of
money from her, with Margret BANKS in a dept. where threats/intimations
concerning present residence;

abusive/intimidation systems are all involved in criminal activity where the
effects [note: Rose ANN Barr is a front person/scape goat for system being used to communicate how to rob from African Americans like Barack Obama did; Trump doing EVERYTHING up to "BOLTen" as Obama did=copycat;
5. All of the above
is part of a starvation/abusive system when have had to act as Prose regarding
threat of confinement if legal work is pursued through education [TWO Bachelor
of Arts Degrees]; have had many gardens, yet intimidated by Chris Hayes and
associates concerning growing own food; [note: please forward to the International
