While attending Winston-Salem State University in a Social historyclass; Green Writings and marks were placed on all the street man holes surrounding the block that I lived in and leading to the Social Science Building at Winston-Salem State University; Have only seen the GREEN markings on the street in African American neighborhoods;

After met the guy who is a DUKE BLUE devil fan that want/s/ed to date me=then the street markings on the streets that I go on are BLUE

Where TWO BLUE V'S were placed at street intersection where have to cross street to get to the Carver Raod Brach Library;



on 6/26/13 when walking back from the Carver Road Branch library=WHITE street had BLUE street markings;


KNOW the GREEN Street markings are related to water quality code; and same people who operated the WSTA [DOT] connected to company who does research with chemicals;
