Filed the following report at:

Gwyn[male] that lives at [address given]intentionally tore down mailbox at [address given] (without my permission)and  put up another mail box with the address of [address given] (without my permission) on 4/20/13 to use the identity info with the intent to represent the addressee at [address given] ,W-S, N. C. for the purpose of making financial gain benefit, and advantage and for the purpose of avoiding legal consequences of stealing TWIN child at birth. On 4/23/13, I was putting the original mailbox back up at original location; when Gwyn[male]walked up to me and told me that I was on his property and could not put the original mailbox (that as been at [address given] for over 50 years)back up in the original place; [mail carrier name Billy Pluck].

There was nothing that said that the report had been filed; made copies of report.
