Whose paying hispaics to harass me?

10/13/12 Today is the 13TH=?; walked to library and right before getting to the driveway of the Carver School Library on Carver School Road side=SAME pit bull dog that looked like they had just had puppies was walking up the street=I crossed the street; as I cross the street; it[pit pull] again looked like it was trying to decide if to attack or not; then as I was walking past it on the other side; it kept walking looking at me; then went in the yard under the porch of the house on the corner; layed down and then just watched me. Because my daddy raised dogs; know that the pit bull is under instructions from somebody; Like working with the African on his farm=no houses hardly; male of the larger society drives up to gate across the street in a pickup truck and as he drives up to the gate [his dog-looks like a german shepard=black from about the shoulders to the head; just starts barking at the African and myself as if as soon as he gets lose[he was tied to back of truck]; he was going to have dinner and it wasn't going to be dog food. The driver of the truck did that for about two days; the African and myself thought that the dog might run back through the gate to attack even after the male of the larger society had driven through the gate and was going on down the road. About the third day, same male of the larger society and dog drove up to the gate and the dog just looked at the African and myself; was wagging his tail and had a form of anxiousness[I'm doing as told but I don't like it]; the dog had a form of calm [forced like under orders-consciousness]; BUT all the time watching as if to see if the orders were going to change. Balck and white pit bull is no coincidence=code=?lot of other hispanic bastards they have released to attack African Americans in the African American community=? On 10/12/12 while at library [get copy of information off of internet]=after sitting at computer, signing on [lot of other computers available=hispanic male came and sat to my left [there were two to three other hispanic males at the round table where there are a lot of computers.

The hispanic male in the picture seemed a little nervous; he wouldn't turn his head towards me; like he thought I might be taking a picture [even though I acted like I was on the phone having conversation]. Now something is REAL WRONG= Carver School Road area is a SCHOOL zone; children walk back and forth all day long=parents/peoplein the neighborhood would have alreadly call the AUTHORITIES about a PIT BULL looking HUNGRY,running lose around children. And in less than one wook have encountered at least four hispaic males paid by who[?] to harass me: 10/9/12

10/10/12 Will post copy of document where made complaint about hispanic male harassmentat the Public Health department[hispanic male threw black hair barette at me and then dropped keys between his legs][I was sitting at least five feet away from hispanic male]; nurse was hispanic who wrote the note and the firl at the front desk [the department of medical records was hispanic that sent me to SECTION #][means that AFrican Americans [male/female that go to the Public Health Department are intentionally targeted and harasssed to keep from getting health services]. Hispanic males are not just out of nowhere deciding to harass/intimidate; they have PERMISSION; and are being paid to do so; the questionis by who; do they have a WHITEheart? Godwillst
