Upon walking to Carver Road Branch library; two days prior,etc. Gwyns took down mailbox that I told them not to and  put up the mailbox they want; called the authorites[1st=female=part of the secret authority group=helping the Gwyns: told me and stressed that I did not understand=meaning there is no choice; they can do what they want to my mailbox; etc.; BUT GOD[Supreme Most High Divine God] had told me to call some local churches and inform them of the mail box incident; that people that live in house that participated in stealing of TWIN child had taken down my mailbox and put up their own with my address on it; thus early Monday morning got a call from an authority officier asking about the stolen child; long story short-called the church who had reported the TWIN child stolen and spoke with that person who then re-called the authority person; long story short the local authorities have been officially notified that the TWIN child  was stolen and that the GWYNS participated; along with the MOORES next door and that they are operating a secret group who is trying to intimidte me to join their secret group;

Would appreciate feedback concerning where to go when can't go to the authorities; can't afford an attorney; in  local community=harassed by people who live across the street and beside me as well as the public work servers people; the people live across the street and beside me=took down my mailbox without my permission and put up one they wanted; mail man[even though have called the N. P. BLVD post office and asked that they not put my mail in mailbox] put my mail in the mail box that I told them I don't want; the people who live in the houses around me are connected to authority people and are trying to force me to join their secret group;

BUDDEL'S wife EVON who had been put in intensive care last month[mysterious disease] was maraculous[sp] SAVED=maning that the church and authorities are still EVEN; and EVON Rucker's REWARD[along with having been on a job over thirty years and being one of the three to four members who are allowed to work for suffering for the church and authorities] was that she got a NEW car; not new in the sense of 2013; but NEW to her, she had been driving a car that was from probably the early 1990's or before now she drives this:
