being that anything that is done on the computers, this is being posted so someone will KNOW that it is being written to go to authorities in another city-why the issue asociated with intimidation/harassment came out in the mainstream media-they had to let their people KNOWE that  the system ofharassment and intimidation was being found out.

What is interesting is the fact that the DVD is about a wedding[s] for TWINS;being that the

reason this narrative is necessary is because the GWYNS [male] knocked down the personal mail box of

[for the purpose of this narrative-the person abused, harassed, intimidated on a second, minute,hourly,daily, monthly,yearly basis shall be referred to as De-Anna, being that about a year and half ago, I wrote about the intimidation, harassment, psychological, social, and financial abuse and titled the article "De-ANNA" which is why the name "De-ANNA" caught my attention; along with the fact that KNOWing that the the De-ANNA process included the harassment, intimidation, abuse [social/financial] of the man who wanted  to connect with me to ensure that there was no wedding to ensure "DE-ANNA" process]De-ANNA because of the Gwyn's family involovement in the stealing of a TWIN child from DE-ANNA. [The person writing this real name is -------------------------]

DE-ANNA married the Caucasian male which summarizes the dehumanizing systematic abuse, intimidation encountered on a daily basis.  The other TWIN in the movie married the heterosexual male[symbolic of an

African American cultural normal happy marriage-which I have found out is not allowed to exist unless controlled by and through those who control socialtal systems[otherwise the marriage is constantly attacked], which brings me to the fact that the controlling elements/systems in the United States are usually [some exceptions]; but usually are males of the larger society; thus in Winston-Salem, N. C. based upon personal observation-people of color serve males of the larger society to ensure some type of life for themselves, their family, etc.; otherwise they[people of color] remain under constant attack by the systems DE-signed to ensure that society is controlled by males of the larger society.[They are getting ready to prove their control of society];

which brings me to the first part of the narrative:

1.  The fact that society is DE-signed so that the core of society [Caucasian] and a FEW African Americans have, KEEP and maintain stable employment/lives; so that any African American who wants to maintain a stable life and come out from under being attack-have to submit to "Cultural Transformation" and that means that the African American will usually have to submit to committing Ethnic Intimidation [being paid by those who control society to attack members of the African American race to ensure that African American cultural is decreased and to decrease the chances of African Americans obtaining the standard and quality of living/life based upon the laws of the United States Constitution, corrected through the United States Supreme Court].

2. Which based upon recorded observation the Gwyns mindset that regardless of  the laws based upon the United States Constitution, the Gwyns took down De-Anna's mailbox and  threaten De-Anna with a weapon when De-Anna tried to put it back up because of the rewards given to their family members for participating in Ethnic Intimidation.

3.Approximately year or two prior to the mailbox issue; I had filed a inquiry as to wheather the postman still wore mailman uniforms because [Billy Pluck-did not know his name at the time] came and picked up the mail with shades, black shirt in the United States mail truck; did not know wheather he was a real mailman or not;

4. The entire issue concerning the GWYNS [male who pulled weapon on me, mother is named Gwendolyn]

 taking down my mailbox produces great concern BECAUSE my brother was murdered and the authorities never found the person.

4. It took six calls to reach proper help from the Winston-Salem Authorities:

a. Called at approx.10:00 am to the nonemergency number for the Winston-Salem authorities andinformed them that the North Point Blvd. Post Office had informed me that if a mailbox was not up for today[date] that the post office would not be delivering mail to De-Anna's house again. and asked if someone could come and tell the Gwyn[male] that the where the mailboxes where was city easement. The dispatcher [Caucasian] stated that someone would be at  my house within thirty minutes[it took about an hour]; W-.S. authority officer Wayne Patterson came; parked across the street in front of the fire hydrant[sp][yellow-painted blue on top and red on the side] walked across the street; asked me my name; told authority officer Wayne Patterson that the GWYN male had torn down my mailbox; that the NPBlvd post office told me to put a mailbox up today or they would not deliver the mail anymore. Authority officier Wayne Paterson went and knocked on GWYN door-Gwyn male came to door; conversation lasted anywhere from three to five minutes and then authority officer Wayne Patterson stated that the mailbox issue was civil and that the Winston-Salem authorities have nothing to do witht he issue that the issue was between Gwyn[male] and myself.

b. After Gwyn male pulled a weapon when I was digging hole to put malebox back in, I got on the phone and started making calls; I did not call directly to the Winston-Salem Authority because authority officier Wayne Patterson who  appeared that morning was the first African American male that I had seen since 2006/8; so I called a reference desk at a library out of state [local librarians know my phone number/voice and don't always give accurate/best information];

c. The number they gave me was to authorities in another city[Greensboro, N. C.]

d.Greensoboro authorities transferred called to Winston-Salem [city link];

e. city link transferred call to Winston-Salem Authorities and stayed on the line while I told the authorities that the Gwyn male had pulled a weapon on me;

f. Winston-Salem authorities dispatcher sent the Winston-Salem authorities who arrived within approx. ten minutes where they parked two houses away from De-ANNA's address.

5. The first time Gwyn[male]called the Winston-Salem authorities; he told them I was hitting my flower pot[catus plant] with a stick.  W-.S. authrities came and  asked me why was I beating my flower pot with a stick.  When I went to the mailbox to show them where I had knocked off a new growth of the catus plant; Gwyn male had taken my flower pot and thrown it in my yard.

6. The second time Gwyn[male] called the Winston-Salem authorities; he told them I would not let him put up a new mailbox.

7. After Gwyn [male] was told "no thank you" to the new mail box; then the North Point Blvd. post office put a form stating that the original mailbox was in four violations.

a. Form stated had until [date]; and if not repaired then the mail would be stopped.

b. Someone told me that they had sent me a letter during time period; but it had not been delivered;

c.Inquired at the N. P. Blvd. post office concerning mail and was told my mail was being held; that I could not get my mail because it was on the truck with Billy Pluck and when he got back the NPBlvd. post office would be closed.

8.  About a week after Gwyn had called the authorities, looked out my window on day and he had put up three new mailboxes, each about five feet apart; [there was a crowd at the GWYN's watching] so I went and sat on my porch to make sure he did not take down my mailbox;

9.  About two to three days later went outside and Gwyn[male] had taken down the original mailbox and threw it in my yard on the curb.[crowd watchin]; I picked up the original mailbox  from the curb and started attempting to work on the original mailbox to put itback up-but did not have the right tools/supplies.

Being that Gwyn male had already threaten me; told me that I was digging on his property and to stop digging on his property; before attempting to put the orginal mailbox back up

 Issue of Ethnic Indimidation concerns wheather a person has a right to chose between living a normal life or being punished by a group  [through being targeted by the group for punishment by the groups constantly attacking, intimidation, and abuse[social/financial];

From the television[local channel]-segement-where it was stated that new authority CHIEF' co-workers were like FAMILY and that he always supported the views of his FAMILY [summerized][wrote it down]; thought the most interesting thing was that the wife was name GWYNDOLYN; that the same WS authority[PATTERSON] that came to the mail box situation that said that the Winston-Salem authority have nothing to do with with mail box situaion is also the one uplifting the new authority chief and PATTERSON [ws authority is also connected to NAACP; and the new authority chief sits on the board of experiment in self reliance [called local church who has not called me back where his church member is in charge of something at experiment in self relicance]- The article was in the Sunday-
Winston-Salem Journal Newspaper.

Oh and males of the larger authority radio announcers were talking about the DARKNESS that the United States was going to go into IF they did not stop what they are doing=and in order for males of the larger society to be out of the way when MINORITIES are being slaughtered in broad day light=have to put a black person in charge[like the current re-elected head of the United States administration] to do it; because slavery, of African Americans is illegal; of course; however IF done by their own kind then white people can turn their head and say that is so sad for them to do their own kind that way EVEN though the white people are paying them to do their kind that way.

Anything happens to me is not an accident; well planned, from the head to bottom; because males of the larger society do not want to allow African Americans TRUE freedom to live as free as white males and neither do males of the larger society want to allow African Americans to have and control African Americans communities/heritage. [All though the United States Supreme Court ruled it to be so-that African Americans be given the SAME rights and privileges of white males].

Rountree outlines plans as Winston-Salem police chief

Barry Rountree, the city’ s next top cop, remembers the days in the early 1990s when he was a member of the police department’s foot patrol in Happy Hill Garden.

As a young officer, he also worked in the agency’ s vice and narcotics units.

Like other officers, Rountree arrested his share of suspected criminals.

“It’s been a while since I made a physical arrest,” Rountree said Thursday in an interview in his office. “I’ve seen people through the years that I have arrested. We don’t have any bad blood.”

Rountree, 49, rose through the ranks, becoming a sergeant, lieutenant and a captain. He has worked as the assistant chief in charge of the Investigative Services Bureau for seven years. He was previously the commander of the Field Services and Support Services bureaus.

He also has overseen the Professional Standards Division, the Special Operations Division, Recruiting, Training and Information Technology.

City Manager Lee Garrity announced last week that he had selected Rountree as the chief of the Winston-Salem Police Department. Rountree a 25-year-veteran, will replace Chief Scott Cunningham, who is retiring June 30. Garrity said Rountree was the strongest candidate among three finalists for the job.

“He has the support of the police captains and lieutenants,” Garrity said of Rountree. “I know him and I trust him. I know he is an honest and a good man.”

Cunningham also praised Rountree, saying that he is familiar with the department, the

community and issues within the city.

'This will be of great help as he continues and expands the advances that have been made in the last five years,' Cunningham said. 'He will lead an outstanding agency with dedicated people who deliver world-class service to our citizens. I wish him all the best and will help him in any way I can.' Since getting the job, Rountree has spent hours meeting with his officers and the agency's civilian employees, he said.

'I wish I had a few more hours in the day,' he said.

Rountree said he will work to maintain the generally declining crime rate in Winston-Salem by focusing on spots where spikes in crimes are occurring.

'I will enhance what we are presently doing in the community, focusing our deterrence on hot areas and educating the public on securing their homes, their vehicles and (themselves) when they are out shopping,' Rountree said.

The number of violent crimes, aggravated assaults and property crimes in Winston-Salem increased an average of 4 percentage points from 2010 to 2011, reversing a trend of declining crime rates in the city in previous years.

The year-to-year changes released in June 2012 by the FBI in its report showed that the number of crimes reported to police nationwide dropped again last year compared with 2010. The city's crime rate dropped steadily from 2008 to 2010.

Rountree said he considers 'hot areas' to be places such as an apartment complex that has experienced a rash of vehicle break-ins. When Rountree and other police administrators see an increase in crime from daily reports and crime analyses, 'we will move our officers into those ar eas,' Rountree said.

Rountree also talked about the changes that he has seen in his agency during his career and his approach to hiring and retaining more black, Hispanic and Asian American officers.

He said he will find a replacement for himself as assistant chief among the department's cadre of captains who would apply for the job.

'I don't have any idea of whom may apply,' Rountree said.

During his tenure in the police department, Rountree has seen technological advancements and changes in the types of crimes that officers investigate.

Officers now have cameras and computers in their patrol cars, Rountree said. The agency uses improved police dispatch methods, crime analyses and forensics that 'helps us solve crimes and deliver services better to the citizens,' he said.

Police also are see ing more Internet-based crimes happening 'things you didn't see 25 years ago,' Rountree said.

Rountree plans to continue Cunningham's policy of working to increase the diversity of officers to reflect the city's diverse population. The police department will continue working with local churches and community groups and attending job fairs to find qualified people regardless of their race and gender to become officers.

The agency also will use social media such as Facebook and Twitter in its recruiting efforts, Rountree said.

Vivian Burke, a member of the Winston-Salem City Council and a chairwoman of the city's public-safety committee, said she wants Rountree to discuss some of his plans as chief with her committee.

Burke said Rountree should meet and speak with as many residents and neighborhood association groups as he can. As chief, Rountree is a role model to his son, Barry Jr., and other young people, Burke said.

Garrity made a wise move in hiring Rountree as the police chief, said S. Wayne Patterson, the president of the Wnston-Salem chapter of the NAACP.

'He (Rountree) has a good reputation of being fair and just in the community,' Patterson said. 'He will bring a great deal of leadership, integrity and character to the position.' Patterson said that Rountree's ascension to police chief is a positive development for the African-American community.

'He is setting a precedent,' Patterson said. 'Through hard work, you can achieve your goals and be a positive role for all males of all races.' Rountree said he realizes that city residents will notice that he is the first black man to be the police chief.

'I am here to be chief for all of the citizens of Winston-Salem,' he said.

Moral Monday’ protest pits NAACP vs. N.C. Republicans

A new civil disobedience movement is gaining momentum in North Carolina.
The “Moral Monday” protests, led by the local chapter of NAACP, started more than a month ago with some 250 supporters and drew crowds of about 1,600 on Monday, say organizers. The weekly demonstrations in Raleigh “are getting bigger and bigger,” says Dr. Timothy Tyson, a Duke University history professor.
“People are coming from all over the state, even different parts of the country,” says Tyson, who was one of 17 people arrested during the first rally on April 29. “I used to recognize most of the people. Now it’s a huge crowd.”
The broad coalition of groups has been holding weekly nonviolent protects since late-April at the state’s legislative building. During the demos, the vast majority of activists remain outside the General Assembly but many enter the building. In the latest protests on Monday night, 151 arrests were made outside the doors to the state Senate chamber.
Organizers say they have been forced to take direct action following alarming “negative policies” of the Republican-controlled General Assembly.
The North Carolina NAACP chapter president, the Rev. William Barber, says people are angry that state lawmakers have voted to deny federal funds for Medicaid to cover 500,000 people through 2016, even though it would be mostly federally funded. He added that they have also taken unemployment benefits from 165,000 people and raised taxes on 900,000 to pay for tax cuts to 23 millionaires, and that the state legislature is also trying to roll back early voting, re-start the death penalty, repeal the Racial Justice Act, and implement a voucher scheme to hand out public money to private schools and implement spending cuts.
Dr. Tyson believes the motivation behind many of the policies is “ideological” and motivated by “big money” donations. Barber describes the measures as an “avalanche of extremist policies that threaten health care, education, voting rights. These folks are bringing something strange tainted with racism and class-ism.”
At the heart of the issue is a schism between the “old South verse the new South,” and he believes the policies are a desperate attempt to drag the state to a bygone era.
He adds that North Carolina has a history of being one of the more progressive southern areas. And with changing demographics, “their narrow-minded agenda doesn’t have much of a future.” It seems that a large number of whites and Hispanics, from the working population to the very affluent, are joining the protests. “That’s what scares them,” says Dr. Tyson. In fact, since the start of the demos five weeks ago, 300 people have been arrested, including prominent historians Dr. William Chafe and Jacquelyn Hall, elected officials, medical doctors, educators and church ministers.
North Carolina’s Republican governor, Pat McCrory, is urging an end to the weekly rallies. He has said that while lawful demonstrations are welcome, unlawful demonstrations are not, and cost resources.

Also heard there were a lot of hispanic males that were doing to the white males what they were doing to the African American male and females-intimidating, harassing, except the hispanics were doing what the hispanic Zimmerman  tried to do to Travon Martin[kill  him in secret]; except the hispanics are succeeding?=heresay.

BIGGGGGGGGGG ?=all documented =last month=went to get mail that I had requested that post office hold for 30 days[black male informs me again THAT the mail that I had asked to hold was on the WHITE mail mans mail truck? and that I could not get my mail]; then asked for it to be put on porch; black male at the post office informed me 5/23/13that the mailbox had to be put up by Friday=? or no more mail would be deliverer= so went home; next day; started working on the mail box and tried to put the mailbox up= BUT before I put the mailbox up called the Winston-Salem authorities;[black male] wearing WS authorities official uniform came; explained the situation and Patterson stated =WS authorities have nothing to do with the mailbox situation, it is civil; KNEW something wasn't right so called another city and state authority and had them to call the WS authorities when GWYN guy who took down mail came out of his house and strarted kicking personal belongings around on the ground and threatening me=stated=BIT-h, If you keep digging, I am going to go and get my g-n; I kept digging and he went and got his g-n; long story short after another city and state called the WS authorities back; and the WS authorities told GWYN to take my address numbers off of the mail box=the following day=for the THIRD time=the Third set of African American males hanging out in front of the NEW mailbox that I put up; not infront of the mailboxes that GWYNs put up=? they were hanging out as harassment=because the GWYNS don't like the fact that they mailbox that they illegally took down was illegal.

When called duke energy EVERY customer service REP=would NOT let me talk to a supervisor; kept telling me they could call me back[control]; but that I couldn't call in and talk to the supervisor.

It's like somebody  said = it is like the elephants in the room; you can't miss them, white males harassing, intimidating African American females I mean [and to put a foreigner in the mix every now and then is a JOKE].
