To CONFIRM the intense "TRACKING" of the use of city property by any AFrican American seeking Prosperity beyond what the group[rule makers]allow; Ben Picket[especially on WENSDAY'S] makes sure that the Carl Russell computer lab is CLOSED at 7:00pm sharply; it would have been nice if Ben Pickett had made sure the Carl Russell Recreation Center had been open during the 2013 year and prior to when I was trying to access the computer lab instead of always closed or having to go through some major issue before I could use it;

Thus this notion of
Ben Pickets intentional harassment [by announcing every 15 minutes that the computer lab will close at 7:00pm] regarless of if I arrive at 5:00pm or 6:30pm; like I don't know how to tell time;

5.Part of the Gwynolyn Gwyn's group/family trying to intimidate after Gwyndolyn Gwyns son knocked down my mailbox and threaten me with a weapon when I was putting the mailbox back up; and because the authorities went to the Gwyns house and did not come to mine; the group gathered to try and send intimidating message;
