3.Obama said that the FEDs, they are on the ground-example: they agencies LOOKING for some reasons;[KNOW one might be that some of their relatives [like the GWYN male[Gwydolyn Gwyn son]] is trained to harass, intimidate, threaten, and abuse innocent African Americans that aren't bothering anybody to force, coerce the African American into doing something to retaliate, react in an emotional manner-in order to call the authorities on them to START a RECORD on the innoncent African American; and then it might be that maybe the POSTMAN[WHITE] is paid to harass, abuse, intimidate, stalk African American females to push the  females to retaliate-so that the WHITE postman can call the authorities to start a RECORD on the person; and THEN MAYBE it may be that ALL African Americans who don't have the right coverage-somebody in their family WORKING TO ADVANCE WHITE SOCIETY ONLY who has had or has a parent who did/doing some type of CONFINEMENT are AUTOMATICALLY crowned with the honor of being harassed, intimidated, abused, threaten to the point that a RECORD is created in order that they can take their relative[s] place of NOT BEING ABLE TO LIVE THEIR LIVE= to be RECOGNIZE as a REAL PERSON with REAL RIGHTS; OR maybe one of their relatives not working for the white males and thus are punished, harassed, threatened, baited, abused as punishment for not disowning their relative;

Rev. Jesse Jackson arrived in Havana, Cuba on Friday in hopes to improve U.S. relations with the caribbean nation and visit American prisoner Alan Gross.
Gross, 64, was sentenced to 15-years in prison for installing internet networks for the island's Jewish groups, which Cuba considered to be “acts against the independence or the territorial integrity of the state."
Rev. Jackson who is being hosted by the Roman Catholic Church stated, "the church is concerned about peace...and Cuba's relations with the United States and the rest of the Caribbean. I hope we can facilitate that." Rev. Jackson has visited Cuba several times in the past, has met with former President Fidel Castro and wrote an open letter back in 2011 to President Raul Castro requesting the release of the American prisoner on "humanitarian grounds."
The civil rights leader has visited Yugoslavia, Syria and Iraq to free U.S. prisoners.

Republicans on the House Appropriations Committee are looking to limit Jay-Z and Beyonce’s travel options.
A spending bill approved on Wednesday by one of the panel’s subcommittees contains a provision that seeks to tighten travel restrictions to Cuba, following the celebrity couples headline making trip the communist country earlier this year.

“This is the Jay-Z, Beyonce Bill,” Rep. Jose Serrano (D-N.Y.), a member of the House Appropriations Committee who opposes the provision, told POLITICO. “Absolutely [it’s a response to the trip], and it’s playing to the audience in Miami” — a reference to opponents of relaxing economic and diplomatic relations with the island country.

The provision is part of a larger $17 billion financial services spending bill that funds the operations of several agencies, including the Treasury Department, which approved the cultural trip that included Jay-Z and Beyonce. The department has said it approves the trips based on their itinerary and not the specific travelers.

Panel Republicans said that’s too broad a policy and in response the spending would restrict travel to Cuba to educational exchanges involving academic study related to a degree program. So unless Jay-Z and Beyonce are earning a degree — the Treasury Department wouldn’t have been able to approve their trip.

Their trip “was an example of how the guidelines are not being enforced,” Subcommittee Chairman Ander Crenshaw (R-Fla.) told POLITICO. “I think that if we’re going to say that we have this policy in place that relates to travel in Cuba that it ought to be enforced and that becomes a grey area where they’re probably not really following the guidelines.”
Serrano, an advocate for opening up relations with Cuba, said he has no problems with the married celebrity couple’s anniversary trip, which sparked criticism for what could be perceived as an endorsement of the communist country.
“The mistake they made was being seen in public, by that I mean they being who they are walked down the street.,” he said. “We may consider Cuba a closed society, but even it is – it’s not closed enough so they don’t know who Jay-Z and Beyonce are.”
He added: “What you’re seeing here is the result of a successful trip …isn’t it educational for a superstar in our country to go to Cuba and say, ‘Look who we are?’”

As a result=the  local authorities [Caucasian male and female in different cars[TWO cars] came and went and spoke to Gwynolyn Gwyn and the Gwyn male[the son]; after which they did not come and knock on my door-to harass me for the Gwyns; =

Thus on 9/24/13 today- upon cooking breakfast =again the Gwyn male[son of Gwyndolyn Gwyn-who particiapated in the stealing of a TWIN child]-did not stand in front of driveway-BUT came to the side of the house which is used to allowed daylight in house without having to look at the local bastards=thus Gwyn male came to the side of house where window is and started making noise to make sure that his presence being outside in front of my house= thus took a picture =

Spoke to consumer customer service person at local consumer hotline and asked who or what organization would deal with ex-employer harassments and threats of confinement if honest work is obtained by the person;[of which the person has already been set up and put behind bars] and what should the person do concerning the local social agencies dening person access to help with water, lights, food and what could the person do?;

The Customer serve person said to send in a question and somebody should be back in touch with me soon.

For clarification-After filing complaint on ex-employer; local resources/access to public/private facilities have been denied/blocked; the ex-employer communicated threats of confinement if honest work is obtained and forms of intimidation on and off  of the job[currently also] by ex-employer; [which included people who work in secret for ex-employer setting person up and putting them behind bars] of which the intimidation has extended from local people [guy who lives across the street pulled weapon when person who the mailbox belongs to tried to put the mailbox backup that he had knocked down]; and the harassment includes all of the people who live around the person so that the person stays in constant harassment/intimidation which includes local community agencies, who have denied help to the person because of no income;

Have filed EEOC charge-no attorney can/could be found-in meantime food,[lights, water off] and have no money; Concerned about the shelters-family member murdered and nobody found out who.

During Mr. Sparrow’s tenure as executive director, Arts United has expanded grant opportunities to arts organizations, expanded the Arts Campus to include the Auer Center for Arts & Culture and the forthcoming ArtsLab black box theater, and deepened the level of business support services offered to arts organizations.

New state law establishes chief magistrate position for Forsyth County

For the past 14 years, C. John Phillips has been the unofficial chief magistrate, but he had no real authority under state law.
That changed on Thursday, when he was sworn into office as chief magistrate by Sen. Earline Parmon, D-Forsyth, who, along with Sen. Pete Brunstetter, R-Forsyth, sponsored a bill that gave Chief District judges throughout North Carolina the authority to designate a chief magistrate.“I’m glad we’re able to make it official,” Chief District Judge William Reingold said during the small swearing-in ceremony at his office in the Forsyth County Hall of Justice.
In North Carolina, magistrates are nominated by the clerk of superior court and appointed to initial two-year terms by the senior resident superior court judge. Chief district judges supervise magistrates.
Phillips said Forsyth County now has 18 magistrates working in the civil and criminal divisions. Reingold unofficially designated Phillips as chief magistrate in 1999. As chief magistrate, Phillips said he has helped develop training for magistrates and create policy and procedures for the criminal division, among other things.
Reingold said that magistrates conduct hearings and initiate a process for every criminal action that happens in Forsyth County, and small claims magistrates hear 15,000 to 16,000 cases a year.
“For any Chief Judge to effectively supervise such an organization while being responsible for the rest of the District Court is a practical impossibility,” Reingold said later Thursday in an e-mail.
He said the legislation is important because magistrates who have been serving as delegated supervisors under chief district judges deserve recognition and compensation for the work they do.
Parmon said that the new legislation would benefit both urban judicial districts such as Forsyth and smaller judicial districts.
“I want to thank you for having the vision,” she told Reingold and Phillips Thursday

During Mr. Sparrow’s tenure as executive director, Arts United has expanded grant opportunities to arts organizations, expanded the Arts Campus to include the Auer Center for Arts & Culture and the forthcoming ArtsLab black box theater, and deepened the level of business support services offered to arts organizations.

In addition to his leadership of Arts United, Mr. Sparrow has served as a board member of several Fort Wayne-based organizations including Leadership Fort Wayne, Downtown Improvement District, Early Childhood Alliance, Downtown Development Committee for the Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance (now a part of Greater Fort Wayne, Inc.), and the Fort Wayne Community Schools Foundation Board. After his departure from Fort Wayne, Mr. Sparrow will continue to serve on the Americans for the Arts Private Sector Giving Board.

New state law establishes chief magistrate position for Forsyth County

For the past 14 years, C. John Phillips has been the unofficial chief magistrate, but he had no real authority under state law.
That changed on Thursday, when he was sworn into office as chief magistrate by Sen. Earline Parmon, D-Forsyth, who, along with Sen. Pete Brunstetter, R-Forsyth, sponsored a bill that gave Chief District judges throughout North Carolina the authority to designate a chief magistrate.“I’m glad we’re able to make it official,” Chief District Judge William Reingold said during the small swearing-in ceremony at his office in the Forsyth County Hall of Justice.
In North Carolina, magistrates are nominated by the clerk of superior court and appointed to initial two-year terms by the senior resident superior court judge. Chief district judges supervise magistrates.
Phillips said Forsyth County now has 18 magistrates working in the civil and criminal divisions. Reingold unofficially designated Phillips as chief magistrate in 1999. As chief magistrate, Phillips said he has helped develop training for magistrates and create policy and procedures for the criminal division, among other things.
Reingold said that magistrates conduct hearings and initiate a process for every criminal action that happens in Forsyth County, and small claims magistrates hear 15,000 to 16,000 cases a year.
“For any Chief Judge to effectively supervise such an organization while being responsible for the rest of the District Court is a practical impossibility,” Reingold said later Thursday in an e-mail.
He said the legislation is important because magistrates who have been serving as delegated supervisors under chief district judges deserve recognition and compensation for the work they do.
Parmon said that the new legislation would benefit both urban judicial districts such as Forsyth and smaller judicial districts.
